My Protein Powder!

This protein powder really helped me get in those extra 50g of protein. I’d take it right after my workouts as soon as I got home.

The protein shake consisted of :

♡ 2 scoops of protein ♡ 1 cup of 2% milk ♡ 1 cup of ice ♡ 1/2 of peanut butter ♡ 1 whole banana ♡ 4-6 strawberries
